I am a fitness professional specializing in empowering older men and women to gain strength, improve their energy and make better lifestyle choices. All the while giving them the confidence to become strong and independent.
Our sessions are fun, yet challenging and totally adaptable to all fitness levels. Being of middle age myself, I can totally relate to life's challenges, up's and down's and body aches and pains. I get up in the morning and I ache all over, arthritis in places, but so what. Once I am up and moving around, everything feels better. I try to work out at least 4 to 5 times per week and one of those sessions is hot Yoga. As you can see by my pictures, I try to keep very active.

I am able to train clients in the privacy of my home, in a well equipped studio. I am also able to travel to private home's for workouts. Virtual personal training is becoming very popular and all that is required is a good internet signal, Skype or Facetime, and some basic equipment.
