The rest of the week you get your individual plans delivered conveniently to your phone in my app. These are built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want.
You get much more access to you me than you would as just a face to face client. You get my coaching, accountability, training programs and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week we are together in a face-to-face environment.
